Billing Master has all the features you need to quickly produce and effectively manage your invoices:
- Easily update your products/services list. We will upload your current products/services list to Billing Master from your Excel file at no charge.
- Easily update your customer/biller list. We will upload your current customer/biller list to Billing Master from your Excel file at no charge.
- You may develop your invoices quickly from the products/services list. You may change both global and individual tax rates on the fly. You may change quantities and row order of your invoice and "refresh" for the latest calculations.
- You may add Remarks to your Invoice to encourage future business.
- You may email the finished invoice in Excel format to your customer with links for electronic payment.
- Invoices are saved in the Invoice Archive for collection, payment and accounting reports.
Invoice Archive
- The Invoice Archive clearly shows the aging of your receivables and guides you to the problem cases for collection followup.
- You may build invoices in stages and add more items as required. Each invoice item is date stamped with the current date.
- You may accept partial payments.
- You may produce Accounts Paid, Summary and Detail reports with Date Ranges to fit your fiscal periods.
- You may produce Accounts Receivable reports with aging from > 0 days up to > 90 days.
- You may transfer invoices from the Archive to Backup Files when you no longer wish to include them in your active accounting reports.
